Ingredients
  • 1 4-oz package Idahoan® Roasted Garlic Flavored Mashed Potatoes, dry
  • 1 6.6-oz can chopped clams, with liquid*
  • 1 8-oz bottle clam juice*
  • 1 24-oz container sour cream
  • Green onions, for garnish

Instructions
  1. Mix dry potatoes with clams, clam juice and sour cream with immersion blender.
  2. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.
  3. Garnish with green onions.
