Ingredients
  • 1 4-oz package Idahoan® Roasted Garlic Flavored Mashed, dry
  • 1 32-oz package reduced sodium chicken broth*
  • 1 can prepared mashed pumpkin*
  • Spices to taste; curry powder, sea salt, nutmeg, pepper
  • ½ cup heavy cream
*These ingredients may contain gluten. If you’re targeting a gluten-free recipe option, make sure to check the labels.

Instructions
  1. Heat chicken broth to a heavy simmer and add dry Idahoan Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes, pumpkin and seasonings to taste.
  2. Simmer on low until somewhat thick.
  3. Finish with cream, heat through and serve.
