Ingredients
  • 1 4-oz package Idahoan® Loaded Baked® Flavored Mashed Potatoes, prepared
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 package bacon pieces
  • ½ cup scallions, chopped
  • Tortilla chips
  • Sour cream
Instructions
  1. Layer half of the mashed potatoes in a baking dish.
  2. Top with half of shredded cheese, bacon and chopped scallions.
  3. Repeat second layer.
  4. Broil until bubbly.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips and sour cream on the side!
