Mustard Mashed Potatoes with Kielbasa Sausage
Serves: 2
  • 1 4-oz package Buttery Homestyle Mashed Potatoes
  • 2 Tbs. coarse ground mustard with mustard seeds
  • 2 cups precooked Kielbasa sausage, sliced
  • Chopped parsley
  1. Prepare Buttery Homestyle Mashed Potatoes according to package instructions.
  2. Stir in mustard.
  3. Sauté Kielbasa on medium high heat until lightly browned on both sides.
  4. Divide potatoes between two plates and top each with sausage.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley.
