Ingredients
  • 4-oz package Idahoan® Sour Cream and Chives Mashed Potatoes
  • 1 rotisserie chicken
  • 1 package prepared green salad kit
Instructions
  1. Prepare mashed potatoes according to package instructions.
  2. Slice desired servings off the rotisserie chicken.
  3. Mix together the salad kit with dressing and serve with chicken and mashed potatoes.
