- 4-6 pieces BBQ Chicken from the deli
- 1 - 4 ounce package Idahoan® Loaded Baked Mashed Potatoes
- 1 package prepared chopped kale and cabbage slaw with dressing
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Place BBQ chicken in oven on a cooking tray to warm.
- Prepare Idahoan® Loaded Baked Mashed Potatoes following package instructions.
- In a bowl mix together the salad kit with dressing.
- Serve 2-3 pieces of chicken each with potatoes and salad.
