SERVES 4

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup fresh horseradish, grated, or 1 1/2 Tbsp prepared horseradish
  • 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 - 4 oz package Idahoan® Classic Mashed Potatoes, prepared to package directions

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place all of the ingredients, except the mashed potatoes, into a medium mixing bowl and whisk until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  2. Stir 2-3 Tbsp, to taste, into hot mashed potatoes and serve.
  3. Remaining horseradish sauce is great on meat, especially beef, or makes a delicious spread for sandwiches.
