Ingredients
  • 1 Idahoan Baby Reds Mashed Potatoes Cup
  • Cooked leftover steak, diced into small pieces.
  • 1 package of crumbled bleu cheese.
  • Salt & pepper
Instructions
  1. Prepare the Idahoan Baby Reds Mashed Potatoes Cup according to the package instructions.
  2. Reheat the diced steak in a microwave or on a stove top.
  3. Scoop the desired amount of steak pieces and bleu cheese crumbles onto the top of the mashed potatoes.
  4. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Enjoy!
