SERVES 4

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 4oz package of the *new* chicken broth Idahoan® potatoes (Or Buttery Homestyle®)
  • 4 oz container of blue cheese crumbles
  • 1 cup of shredded chicken
  • 4 TB of Frank’s hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup (4 oz) cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat over 350 degrees
  2. Make potatoes as instructed. Stir in a container of blue cheese - adjust to your liking (2-4oz)
  3. Cover the bottom of an 8x6 or 8x8 baking dish with a layer of potatoes
  4. Blend the chicken mixture together and add using a spatula as the next layer
  5. Top with ½ cup shredded cheese cheese
  6. Bake 350 degrees for 20-25 min or until bubbly
  7. Serve with celery sticks or your favorite tortilla chips
  8. Get fancy and add some chopped green onion or blue cheese crumbles.
