Layered Potato Buffalo Chicken Dip

SERVES 4
INGREDIENTS
- 1 4oz package of the *new* chicken broth Idahoan® potatoes (Or Buttery Homestyle®)
- 4 oz container of blue cheese crumbles
- 1 cup of shredded chicken
- 4 TB of Frank’s hot sauce
- 1/2 cup (4 oz) cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat over 350 degrees
- Make potatoes as instructed. Stir in a container of blue cheese - adjust to your liking (2-4oz)
- Cover the bottom of an 8x6 or 8x8 baking dish with a layer of potatoes
- Blend the chicken mixture together and add using a spatula as the next layer
- Top with ½ cup shredded cheese cheese
- Bake 350 degrees for 20-25 min or until bubbly
- Serve with celery sticks or your favorite tortilla chips
- Get fancy and add some chopped green onion or blue cheese crumbles.
