INGREDIENTS

  • 8 oz Idahoan® Fresh Cut Hash Browns, rehydrated and drained
  • 2 eggs, large
  • 7 oz sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • Juice of one lemon

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine all of the ingredients together in a medium size bowl. Mix well.
  2. Using a waffle iron, place about 1 cup of mix onto the iron and cook for 4-5 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Drizzle with maple syrup, or top with a fried egg!
