INGREDIENTS
- 1 Idahoan® Buttery Homestyle® Mashed Potatoes Cup
- 4-5 ready to heat frozen Swedish meatballs
- 1 small jar of brown gravy
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped parsley if desired.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Prepare the Idahoan mashed potatoes cup according to package instructions
- Heat the meatballs and gravy according to package instructions
- Add in 4-5 prepared meatballs to the mashed potatoes cup
- Drizzle with prepared gravy.
- Sprinkle with parsley if desired.
- Enjoy!
