INGREDIENTS
- Scalloped Sliced Potato Bake (Four boxes of 4oz OR Three boxes of Family Size 7.34 oz)
- 2 quarts water
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 2 ounces butter
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon coarse kosher salt
- Course ground pepper
- Garlic salt

INSTRUCTIONS
- Add water, chicken bouillon cube, and kosher salt to Instapot.
- Add the pouch of potato slices, diced ham, sharp cheddar and parmesan cheese and mix thoroughly.
- Securely close lid until it clicks to ensure it is tightly sealed.
- Press the Meat/Stew button and set timer for 5 minutes.
- The display will show "ON", indicating the cooker is heating and building pressure (this may take about 9 minutes).
- Once the pressure is reached, the 5-minute cooking countdown will begin automatically.
- When cooking is complete, carefully turn the pressure knob to venting position to release the pressure.
- Open lid and garnish with course pepper and garlic salt.
- Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
