  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Black pepper
  • Sour cream

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Prepare the Idahoan Ultimate Loaded Baked Mashed Potatoes according to the package.
  2. Let cool slightly, then mix in the shredded cheddar cheese, parmesan, all-purpose flour, green onions and black pepper.
  3. Grease a muffin tin and add in potato mixture.
  4. Top with additional cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Garnish with sour cream , green onion and enjoy!
