INGREDIENTS
- 1-pound prepared beef brisket
- Prepared BBQ sauce, warmed
- Four brioche buns
- Dill pickles
- 1 4-oz. package Idahoan® Hidden Valley Ranch Mashed Potatoes
INSTRUCTIONS
- Warm the brisket in the oven at 300° covered with foil for 10-15 minutes.
- Prepare Idahoan® Hidden Valley Ranch Mashed Potatoes following package instructions. Keep warm.
- Build the brisket sandwiches and serve with extra BBQ sauce, dill pickles and mashed potatoes.
- Serve with a side salad.
