INGREDIENTS
- 1 - 4 oz package Idahoan® Buttery Homestyle® Flavored Mashed Potatoes
- 1 rotisserie chicken
- 1 package prepared green salad kit
- Plum tomatoes (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Prepare mashed potatoes following package instructions.
- Slice desired servings off the rotisserie chicken.
- Toss salad kit and plum tomatoes together with dressing.
- Serve with chicken and Idahoan® Buttery Homestyle Mashed Potatoes.
