INGREDIENTS

  • 1 package Smithfield® hickory smoked pulled pork
  • 1 pack of hamburger or brioche buns
  • 2 cups ready to eat deli coleslaw
  • Frozen or canned green beans
  • Idahoan Loaded Baked® Mashed Potatoes 4oz pouch
  • Your favorite BBQ sauce, if desired

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat the pulled pork and green beans according to the package instructions.
  2. Prepare the Idahoan Mashed Potatoes according to the package instructions.
  3. Pile desired amount of pulled pork onto the bottom half of a bun.
  4. Drizzle on BBQ sauce, if desired.
  5. Spoon on some coleslaw and cover with top bun.
  6. Plate the sandwich, Idahoan Loaded Baked® Mashed Potatoes, and green beans.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
