Pulled pork sandwiches with Idahoan Loaded Baked Mashed Potatoes

INGREDIENTS
- 1 package Smithfield® hickory smoked pulled pork
- 1 pack of hamburger or brioche buns
- 2 cups ready to eat deli coleslaw
- Frozen or canned green beans
- Idahoan Loaded Baked® Mashed Potatoes 4oz pouch
- Your favorite BBQ sauce, if desired
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat the pulled pork and green beans according to the package instructions.
- Prepare the Idahoan Mashed Potatoes according to the package instructions.
- Pile desired amount of pulled pork onto the bottom half of a bun.
- Drizzle on BBQ sauce, if desired.
- Spoon on some coleslaw and cover with top bun.
- Plate the sandwich, Idahoan Loaded Baked® Mashed Potatoes, and green beans.
- Serve and enjoy!
