INGREDIENTS
- 2 Idahoan® Buttery Homestyle® Mashed Cups
- Prepared shredded pulled pork with BBQ sauce (about 1 cup)
- 2 tablespoons shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
- Prepare the Idahoan mashed potato cups following package instructions
- Heat pulled pork and the sauce, toss together
- Add about ½ cup pork to each mashed cup
- Drizzle with extra sauce and top with shredded cheddar and chives
- Eat up
